Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the reserved date will be eligible for a refund, with a 5% processing fee deducted. Cancellations within 3 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 3 days or less of the appointment cannot be refunded.
