Krzysztof is a passionate chef with 18 years of work experience. Cooking is his hobby, he focuses on continuous development, seeking inspiration and new flavors.

As a chef, he has been working since 2012, mainly in restaurants with Spanish cuisine. It started with the restaurant "Ole", it was the debut in the 2016 Gault & Millau Guide with the award of 2 hats. For several years he was the head chef of valued tapas bar in Warsaw - Sobremesa located in Hala Koszyki. From July 2020 he started working as chef in a newly opened restaurant Tres Toros in Elektrownia Powiśle.

The most important element of his work is the proper selection of the highest quality product from organic farming and breeding. He specializes in Spanish and modern Polish cuisine. He loves to cook for people aware of the product, who value a sublime taste.

Fantastic person, incredibly organized and well-mannered and at the same time friendly and laid back. Being in such company is a great pleasure and the food and service a real feast . Chef as well as his team did a great job !!! Everyone felt very pampered.

Pełen profesjonalizm! Wszystko przygotowane smacznie, swieżo i dopracowane w najdrobniejszym szczególe. Zarówno przystawki jak i dania główne zachwycały oko i podniebienie. Goście i my byliśmy pod wrażeniem autorskiego sosu teriyaki ! Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Chef ciekawie opowiadał o serwowanych daniach, zdradzając niewielkie szczegóły dotyczące ich przygotwania. Jakość vs ilość vs smak 10/10!

To było bardzo udane spotkanie grupy przyjaciół - z wydatnym udziałem Chefa. My nie musieliśmy się martwić ani o poczęstunek ani o serwis i mogliśmy spędzać czas z przyjaciółmi (nie w kuchni) a goście ocenili jakość serwowanych dań na absolutnie najwyższy poziom warszawskich restauracji:). Polecamy i jeszcze raz polecamy - było warto! Dziękujemy!

Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem szefa Bachledy. Kulinarny mistrz, a to tego jeszcze niezwykle miły i sympatyczny człowiek. Wszystko co przygotował było przepyszne i pięknie podane. Czuliśmy się we własnym domu jak w najlepszej restauracji! Dziękujęmy za to wyjątkowe doświadczenie!

Krzysztof Bachleda's choice for this ceremony (yet another one) was a shot at 10. All the dishes were perfectly prepared. I recommend absolutely everyone who cares about every detail - preparing delicious dishes, serving them in an attractive way, taking care of order and a good atmosphere during the party during the entire presence. I will definitely use it again!

Sorry for the late review. I have to say, it was one of the best dinner of my life. From the service, to the sympathy and kindness that the Chef and his amazing assistante provided, making the experience one of the best ever, to the food-delicious, presention-incredible, quality-superb! I would highly recommend! Great menu, great contact and very good organization. By the way, you can learn a bit about how to prepare some of the dishes that were on the menu. And besides, interesting stories about kitchens, cooks and restaurants during the breaks between served meals.

Chef very nice. He will talk about his culinary experiences and his weakness for Spain. Eating 11/10. It's good to be able to feel the taste of real tapas in Poland :) Organizationally everything is great - on time, without any problems. I heartily recommend!
