Anna is a food stylist and creative chef. She graduated from the Culinary Academy Tante Marie and obtainted the Cordon Bleu diploma. She took internships in several Michelin stars restaurants: Geranium, Copenhagen (***), Kadeau, Copenhagen (**), Atelier Amaro, Warsaw (*).

Anna claims that cooking is an art that combines all senses. She is fascinated by the never-ending possibilities of creating dishes, combining ingredients and techniques. She values the simplicity and extraction of the best form the ingredients. She cooks in accordance with the zero waste philosophy, uses every part of the product creatively.

Po raz kolejny mieliśmy przyjemność gościć Annę Marciniak.Jest to niezmiennie uczta kulinarna,którą się długo pamięta.Jako gospodarze przyjęcia ,czuliśmy się zawsze gośćmi - Pani Ania przejmowała nasze obowiązki. Każde menu było fantastyczne, a to ostatnie zasługuje już na 3 gwiazdkę Michelina.

It was the fourth dinner with Ulala Chef, and I must admit that Ania enchanted us with both tasting dishes and her personality. The unusual taste and aesthetics of the dishes served certainly raised the rank of our party, and I give it the maximum number of "Michelin" stars.

It was the second time I had the opportunity to be at the party where Ania was cooking. And this time the feast was delicious and of the highest quality. Everything is beautifully prepared and tasty, portions per person just right, served on modern, fashionable plates. Contact with Chef was very good, and I was so crazy with my guests that I did not notice that the dinner was over and I did not say goodbye to Ania and I did not thank her. But that's okay, we will definitely see each other more than once, because such a Chef is worth inviting home. In a word, I recommend it to everyone and thank Mrs. Ania for a wonderful party.

Thank you Chef Anna! The Chef gave us an extraordinary dinner and a wonderful experience. She took care of everything - from the groceries, the cutlery and dishes and even through cleaning the kitchen afterwards. We had to make some changes to the original menu and the chef was able to them with no issues (the substitute dishes were incredible as well). The experience was incredible, as chef Anna is not only an amazing Chef, but also a wonderful and a very interesting person. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for a great evening to book her!

Mrs. Chef; :-) Ania Marciniak prepared an elegant 5- and 6-course dinner with amuse bouche. Everything was great, you can say that everyone liked something else the most, so we liked everything :-). Lamb with pear championship. Interesting flavor combinations, they went well, both in terms of the dishes themselves and as a whole. Portions in total just right, although not everyone managed to finish the whole cheesecake (also delicious). Kitchen cleaned perfectly. Everyone tasted the food as well as the very nice Mrs. Chef (hmmm. I have a problem how to change it in Polish) and a nice atmosphere., I recommend :-)

Mrs. Anna, Ulala Chef - thank you very much on behalf of yourself and the guests! The quality of the dishes served, the manner of serving and the service at the highest level. The guests were delighted with every item on the menu, delicious seafood, superbly prepared steaks and delicious dessert. During the evening, Ania presented full professionalism and the guests felt exceptionally and at ease. Despite the unusual location in the mountains, the dinner took place as planned, at a level that UlalaChef has already got used to. We encourage you to cooperate with Ms Anna.

We met Mrs. Ania at a dinner with friends. We were very impressed with the prepared dishes, which not only tasted great, but also looked like little works of art. I asked Ms Ania to prepare my birthday party. Our guests praised the menu, the way of serving and the extraordinary professionalism, tact and personal charm of Mrs. Ania. I am also delighted with the extraordinary organization and total independence of Chef. Thanks to Mrs. Ania, I didn't do anything that evening, and after the party I entered the beautifully cleaned kitchen. We thank Mrs. Ania and Mr. Paweł, who helped her that evening. We will definitely repeat this dinner more than once :)

Mrs. Ania, extremely polite and superbly organized. The prepared dishes were completely consistent with the proposed menu, and at the same time our individual needs were taken into account. The dishes were extremely refined and delighted with their taste. An amazing adventure and a great dining experience. We are planning another meeting with the chef's dishes. I heartily recommend!

The wife rated the surprise dinner prepared by Chef Anna as 10/10 and it was the best culinary experience in her life. :) The original menu of Chef Anna "Light Mediterranean flavors" not only tastes phenomenal, smells amazing and looks appetizing, but is also full of surprising combinations, and the very process of its preparation is an interesting spectacle, sprinkled with nice company and curiosities "from the kitchen" by Chef Ania. I definitely recommend it as a way to celebrate special occasions and a nice change from the restaurant.

A phenomenal experience! Intense flavors and their surprising depth. Octopus and whether matias are small works of art that we constantly tell our friends about. Mrs. Ania is, in contrast to her young age, a mature and shaped Chef. Her creativity absolutely amazes us. It was our second dinner with Mrs. Ania and we still feel unsatisfied. Big thanks! We hope to meet again at our table someday.

Revelation! This is our first dinner with UlalaChef and Chef Anna and I already know that there will be more of them! Delicious food, beautifully presented, Chef with great talent and heart for cooking - the guests were charmed and delighted. In addition, our 4-year-old son could help in the kitchen - a beautiful view :). We celebrated our wedding anniversary and thanks to Chef, this evening was wonderful. Mrs. Anna, thank you!

Phenomenal in every way. Fantastic gourmet dishes, creative (but delicate) breaking the tastes, top aesthetics of serving. And Mrs. Chef herself is wonderful and charming. We will be back!
