In the case of the order being canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled date, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, with a 5% processing fee deducted. Ulala Chef will offer a 50% refund of the amount paid if you cancel up to 3 days prior to the booked date. No reimbursement will be given if the cancellation is made three days or fewer before the appointment.
