About Chef

Tomek Krolikowski has been involved with the culinary world for over 20 years. He began his journey studying under the careful eyes of Italian masters in Milan. He later started working in one of the best Italian restaurants in Poland - Villa Toscania in the Greater Poland area. He then left for Great Britain where he worked, among others, in Royal Society, Royal College of Surgeons, Mansion House and British Library as Head Chef.  He is extremely ambitious and always looks for something special in his cooking.

After returning to Poland in 2013, he took the position of Chef in Bistro Słony, where he was serving traditional cuisine with a modern European twist. He currently teaches classes in the Cook Up Academy, together with fellow chefs, covering both theory and practice. The collaboration with First Lady Jolanta Kwaśniewska Foundation - Agreement without Barriers, turned out to be fruitful and resulted in a 2015 book entitled "Eat healthily, exercise your head, live happily", on the topic of senior nutrition, but dedicated to all who want to eat and live healthily.

Mr. Tomasz is a great chef who met our expectations in 100%. The dishes he prepared were excellent, interesting and very tasty, and Mr. Tomasz himself is a very open, smiling, kind and helpful man. Once again, we would like to thank you very much for your cooperation, but most of all, we would like to especially thank Mr. Tomasz for the energy he brought to our event and for the great involvement in the organization of this special event for us.

Cheerful, smiling, sociable and knowledgeable. Very interesting and bold combinations of different flavors. Everything in accordance with our wishes, both communication with guests and inviting them to the kitchen. At one point, I had the impression that the dishes were served too quickly and we would finish well ahead of schedule, but luckily the preparation of the dessert was delayed and the guests went to the kitchen to see it for themselves. In the future, I would give me a main course, meat richer in the amount of vegetables. I liked the fact that the cook talks to the guests, especially the moment when we were all in the kitchen watching the preparation of the dessert. I would use more waitresses and ask them to take care of refilling the wine in the guests' glasses.
