About Chef
His culinary journey began in Italy more than 14 years ago — a place where food is not just nourishment but a way of life. Immersed in regional traditions, he developed a deep respect for ingredients and a passion for the craft of gastronomy.
After completing formal training at Le Cordon Bleu (Gastronomy and Nutrition), he refined his skills working alongside exceptional chefs in Venice, Warsaw, Kyiv and other European cities. Those experiences shaped his approach to technique, flavor composition and high-standard hospitality.
His philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. He focuses on transforming nature’s best products into multisensory experiences — whether on a plate or in a glass — with precision, balance and creativity.
In 2026 he received a Michelin recommendation, an acknowledgment of consistent culinary excellence and rigorous standards in service and production.
Beyond the kitchen, he consults for restaurants and hotels, supporting openings and helping established venues elevate culinary quality, optimize costs and strengthen the connection between kitchen operations and guest experience.
He is committed to authenticity, respect for ingredients and mentoring teams to deliver memorable dining. Open to leadership roles, collaborations and advisory projects that prioritize innovation and excellence in food & beverage.
