Tomasz is a professional sommelier and wine connoisseur who has been operating on the Warsaw gastronomy market for over 10 years. He draws attention to skilfully selecting wine for individual dishes that compose a dinner. It should not be left to chance. Opening ourselves to new taste sensations, we can complete the range of culinary delights by pairing wines with a specific menu.

He gained his experience working in prestigious places, such as Belvedere Restaurant, Bristol Hotel, Blue Cactus, Hilton Hotel, and also working for wine companies such as Sommelier Dystrybucja, Moet-Hennessy Polska, The Fine Food Group.

He is also familiar with the secrets of single malt whiskey and good cognacs. Frequent trips to vineyards in Champagne, Italy, Cognac or Scotland enrich his expertise.

He currently conducts and participates in wine training about the selection of wines for dishes and how to skillfully serve them. He is interested in building awareness of the importance of wine in gastronomy, creating wine cards and increasing sales in restaurants.

Tomasz can carry out this experience in several different ways. It can be both a brief introduction to wine assessment on the given evening and short stories associated with them, as well as bringing attention to the experience of subsequent culinary and wine connections, and ending with discreet sommelier service.
