Rafał Wałęsa. The chef and owner of the Sztuczka Restaurant in Gdynia. As he says that the most important stages of his professional career are working in Ireland and in his own restaurant. "Nearly 6 years in two 5-star hotels overseas - the foundation of my knowledge about cooking and teamwork - I started as a breakfast manager and finished as a deputy chef in a hotel with 2 restaurants, and my own restaurant gave me unlimited development opportunities. The only limit was the horizon of my imagination :)

Rafał served in the field the dishes that he has on a permanent basis in the restaurant menu, without making any compromises! He got very involved, he tried very hard to make everything as it should be. He has gone far beyond what is usually included in such an assignment.

Delicious. The food was spot on! A bit of work ahead of Rafał when it comes to communicating with guests, but that's just a minor caveat, not a serious comment :)

Caesar lettuce was surprisingly original in form and excellent in taste. The salmon melted in your mouth and was wonderfully complemented by a delicious leek sauce. An exquisite and subtle dish, beautifully presented on a plate. And dessert - after 5 large dishes, serving dessert is a big challenge. And the dessert just turned out to be an absolutely wonderful culmination of the evening for me. Surprisingly light, subtle, brilliant. Way to go! Rafał Wałęsa is an outstanding cook with a great talent. Lovely personality and great knowledge. I am convinced that private dinners with Rafał's participation will greatly develop it and give it additional satisfaction, and will provide guests with an unforgettable taste experience with high-C cuisine.
