Rafał Lorenc is a long-time chef from Warsaw, quarterfinalist of the Top Chef program, culinary advisor, winner of the title of the head of the West Pomeranian region and what is the most important chef of choice and passion. From 2016 chef and restaurant owner in Koszalin - Kitchen project. The restaurant was included in the guide Poland 100 Best Restaurants - a guide to the best restaurants in the country.

He started his adventure with the kitchen in 2004 in the Warsaw gastronomic yard. As a young man, he quickly became infected with the passion for cooking and felt the hunger for knowledge connected with it. In the initial phase, he often changed his workplace looking for new inspirations, techniques, products, approaches, constantly watching chefs. Delighted with the trendy fusion cuisine at that time, it combined the strangest products from different parts of the world, resulting in surprising combinations and effects.

What determines him today in his approach to eating is the awareness of products, culinary techniques, processes taking place during cooking and the use of this knowledge in a well thought-out way in order to achieve the desired effect. His kitchen is simple and logical.

Rafał is involved in the movement for the protection of traditional regional cuisine (slow food). In his restaurant he often uses local products.

Complete Chef for Ulala Chef. A great workshop, excellent flavors, but also lightness in dealing with guests. The ability to present your work and tell a story. I rate very highly. Well, maybe this reluctance to clean up ...;) but Rafał managed to get out of it unscathed. Perfectly composed menu. Great flavors! After the guests' encouragement - even easier conversation with them. I liked.
