About Chef

Michał Socha is a young ambitious chef, working in Nolita Restaurant since 2013. He started as an intern and now is a Chef de Partie.

He was an intern in Atelier Amaro and Michelin star restaurant "Stud!o" in Denmark. The simplicity of the dishes and their exquisite taste made a huge impact on him. He is also very experienced in culinary workshops.

Michał consider's the taste of his dishes the most important aspect of his cooking. He likes classic cuisine with modern twists. According to his philosophy, although necessary, molecular cuisine can be a great part of the dished, but should never play the leading role.

His focus is also on the quality of product he uses. Every detail of the dish is equally important and can affect the overall taste and create a unique dish. He is fascinated by the possibility to create new versions of dishes, improving and changing them. There are, of course, classics that are perfect and therefore need no changes

Pan Michał przygotował wszystko zgodnie zamówieniem oraz naszymi prośbami żeby uwzględnić osoby wegańskie. Bardzo ciekawe zestawienia smakowe. Polecamy

The food was great. Master Duck, perfectly selected accessories that were great in themselves. Mushroom soup is wonderful, clear, essential, with a very deep taste, delicious. Appetizer ok, but I personally do not like lego-folded dishes, I like food undergoing some kind of transformation. Delicious dessert, I still remember it - every element in it was technically great and the taste was great. Fine wine, overall supper mega :)

Mr. Michał has prepared a fantastic dinner for us and our guests! All dishes are little works of art. It was delicious! We miss mushroom soup and roasted beetroot salad with goat cheese :). Mr. Michał is an extremely nice and cultured man. He talks great about his dishes and senses the needs of the guests. I hope we will try his dishes more than once again. Super Chef !!!
