About Chef

Metin graduated from Schering AG (currently Bayer AG) as a cook.

He started his career as a Saucier at Waldhotel Berlin. He was Chef de Cuisine at Offizierheim Luffenstütz Berlin Gutow, and Managing Director of Mediterraner Partyservice. Moreover, he worked as Head Chef at Restaurant 1001 (Berlin), Restaurant Lichtblick (Berlin), Restaurant Oranium (Berlin), Hotel Mundaums (Switzerland), Restaurant Tablot (Essen), among others.

He has also acted as a self-employed rental chef and was working in various companies worldwide. Since 2022 he has been Managing Director of Restaurant Himmel & Havel in Berlin Spandau.
