About Chef

Krzysztof Jesiołowski. He started his adventure in the kitchen as a 10-year-old boy watching his father, then cooking together and finally working in gastronomy. Under the supervision of the chef Krzysztof Kurowski, he learned the secrets of Polish cuisine, then worked, among others, in renowned Tri-City hotels: the 4-star Hotel Willa Lubicz (the Deputy Chef) and the five-star hotel Podewils in Gdańsk (Head Chef). From 2003 until today a chef in renowned restaurants in the Tri-City. You know him primarily from the wonderful Toscana restaurant in Sopot. From 2013, a member of the European Association of Chefs Euro-Toques. He is now the Head Chef of the Malinowy Ogród restaurant in Tricity. He loves the guests' satisfaction and a smile on their faces after a good meal that simply says "thank you".

Thank you to Mr. Krzysztof Jesiołowski who prepared a real feast for us on the table !!! 🤩🤩🤩 I didn't have to worry about anything 😃 Everything brought, prepared and DELICIOUS - eaten so quickly that I didn't have time to take pictures of the dishes 😅, but I promise that next time there will be photos 👍 DDDDZZZIIIIIĘĘĘKĘKKUUUJJJEEEEMMMYYY !!!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

A great introduction to goose carpaccio. Main course - duck, yummy! And finally, a dessert worthy of the champions. Efficiently and nicely served. Everyone is happy. Delicious food. Good contact with the chef. I recommend.

Delicious rosti and a great duck. The dessert was the crowning achievement of the dinner. In addition to great dishes, also good contact with guests. Chef bold and willing to share his knowledge.

Delicious dishes! I couldn't decide which of these wonderful dishes was the best - whether this beautiful and delicate dessert with all its refinement, or maybe red herring tartare in a great combination with pancakes - proof of how simple and classic flavors can be raised a few levels higher to subtle elegant dishes. Great craftsmanship, experience, visible at a glance! I liked it very much. In addition to the taste and presentation on the plate, Krzysztof has a lot of freedom in communing with the hosts and guests. This is a very important advantage in the Ulala Chef project!

All the dishes were delicious, especially the duck in the main course, which was baked on the outside and red on the inside, it really suited my meat taste. The chef is very nice, and the food is aesthetic and very tasty. I would work on self-confidence and self-presentation as an important part of the party service, especially since the level of dishes certainly does not leave room for unnecessary modesty :). A bit of a downside was the inability to list some ingredients in response to participants' questions, but you know the stress, debut, etc. Delicious food, so I hope it was not the last time I had the opportunity to taste it.

Great menu. I am delighted with herring tartare, whose saltiness was perfectly softened by cream. I never thought that any part of the duck (except the breast) could taste so good. I do not like sweets, and the dessert even charmed me. A very good cook, confident in his skills, and very modest at the same time. The menu is 100% suited to my tastes. I hope that I will be able to taste Mr. Krzysztof's cuisine again in the near future. I admire.
