About Chef

Chef Giuseppe Giordano is an Italian chef living in Vienna, with over 20 years of international culinary experience. He has worked in renowned restaurants and hotels across Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, and the United States.

Chef Giuseppe currently holds the position of Chef de Partie at Restaurant Palmenhaus in Vienna, where he has been part of the team since 2017, specializing in handmade pasta, grill, and banquet production. Previously, he served as Executive Chef at Piccini Restaurant, among others. His career includes leading roles at prestigious establishments such as Procacci (Antinori group), Il Pirata in Calabria, and the Aparthotel Adler in Austria.

Chef Giuseppe specializes in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on fresh pasta, seafood, and seasonal ingredients. He is also skilled in menu development, event catering, and teaching cooking classes for both adults and children.

He holds a professional high school diploma in food and wine services from the "Giovanni Falcone" institute in Italy. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sports Nutrition and Health Prevention at Flexyfit Sports Academy.
