About Chef

Frank offers his services as a private chef and freelance cook, leads cooking courses and workshops, and provides culinary consulting and coaching. He has many years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as expertise as a trained chef.

Frank graduated from the Steigenberger Hotel Management School in Bad Reichenhall with a degree in business administration. He worked as a cook at Kurhaus Bad Soden / Taunus. He gained experience as a demi chef at the traditional restaurant Börsenkeller in Frankfurt am Main, as well as a chef de partie at the Restaurant Spielbank in Bad Homburg. He was head chef at Kurhaus Wechs in Hindelang / Allgäu and at Grand Golfhotel Montana in Bad Gastein / Austria. For 16 years, he owned the traditional restaurant "Zum fröhlichen Landmann" with approximately 400 seats at Rettershof in Kelkheim.

Frank also has experience in animal-free nutrition, Ayurvedic nutrition, as well as Chinese dietetics and nutrition according to the 5 elements. For three years, he owned the café "Ameliés Wohnzimmer" in Frankfurt am Main.

Currently, he works as a freelancer in private homes, catering companies, cooking schools, and wherever assistance with cooking or consulting is needed.
