She grew up in Berlin and studied packaging enginieering and enjoyed working in this industry for more than a decade. However, she came to a point where she realized that she wanted to dive deeper into cooking as it has accompanied her whole life. Cooking for her is nourishing the soul and body. It is creative, verstatile and one of the most important things in life. As she was vegetarien and vegan for a long time a lot of self studying lay behind her before she deciced to go to the Plant Based Institue to be trained as a plant based chef and nutrionist. Therefore her cooking style is characterized by the intensive training at the Plant Based Institute, but also marked by living and traveling abroad. Her message in cooking is to show people the beauty and culinary possibilities in plant based cuisine.
