He first became interested in cooking when he was 13 and soon after decided this the path he is taking. He worked at a variety of culinary events and cooking shows since he was 16. Thanks to those experiences he can organize his time perfectly.
From the beginning of his career, he worked in many restaurants with different profiles: from diners, through Italian trattorias, to kitchens with elements of fusion and sushi. Thanks to this experience he is very fluent in flavors and likes to combine different cultures on the plate.
Modern cuisine is where he feels most comfortable. He is a very positive and cheerful person, which shows on his plates, by means of a large range of colors and rich flavors.

Chef Bartłomiej Kochman to świetny kurzach. Zaproponowane przez niego menu, od razu przypadło nam do gustu. Jedzenie było pyszne i pięknie podane. Łącznie była nas piątka i każdemu smakowały przygotwane potrawy. To była prawdziwa uczta dla kubków smakowych i dla oczu. Jesteśmy pod dużym wrażeniem umiejętności kucharskich Pana Bartłomieja.Jest również komunikatywny i czas spędzony w naszej kuchni minął jak z bicza strzelił :) na koniec Pan Bartłomiej poprosił o szczotkę do zamiatania, aby po sobie posprzątać i nie zostawiać bałaganu - no dla mnie 10tka to za mało, aby oddać nasze zadowolenie. Serdecznie polecam współpracę z Panem Bartłomiejem Kochman.

It was a great party! Let's start with the fact that the chefs, upon arrival, asked for a board, an iron and ironed their aprons. Everything had to be for a medal. Delicious, seasonal, non-obvious food. We were delighted! Chef Bartłomiej Kochman explained everything, talks about food wonderfully. Both chefs with positive energy, like children hanging around here and there and crazy husky dogs. Very good contact before the event, full flexibility in terms of the menu, consultation before shopping. Punctuality also at 5 *. Generally, I heartily recommend :)

A simple grill menu, and how good! Especially successful skewers with prawns and pineapple! Hambuxy is also proud. Bartek himself is a very nice guy! I would love to repeat the event with the same line-up. I recommend this Ulalalowicz!

Mr. Bartłomiej prepared a great dinner. Delicious starter. Main course - veg and excellent meat. The meat was succulent and melted in your mouth. The dessert delighted the guests so much that one of the invited friends made a matrimonial offer to the chef :) Additionally, everything was beautifully served. Perfect order after cooking in the kitchen. Everything is clean in a flash. Additionally, Mr. Bartłomiej is a very nice and helpful guy. Thank you for this culinary adventure and I highly recommend it to everyone! I hope there will be a chance to cook together :)

The noodles were more like cheese cubes. Hard rabbit - the children did not eat this dish. The food was lukewarm. Lack of punctuality and cleanliness after cooking.

The dessert was perfect. I love the sour taste of fruit in desserts, and here they were still served hot! For this tapioca with panna cotta, something new and very cool for me! I also liked the rib, although the Asian flavors are not my favorites, this combination was interesting. Open, positive, friendly personality and interesting flavors.

Nice chef. I would work on a better selection of cutlery for dishes (too large bowls for the served starter, too small bowls or maybe too large dessert spoons).
