About Chef

Cooking school in Tel Aviv was the beginning of Ayan's journey into the ever-growing adventure of gastronomy and hospitality. After years of cooking in top restaurants in TLV and Paris, and not less important - eating all around the globe from Europe to Asia, she became an "Indie-Chef", first in Tel Aviv and now in Berlin - an independent chef and cooking instructor.

She is a professional chef with 20 years of experience and experiments, cooking, teaching and culinary consulting.
Her cooking style is varied and combined with Mediterranean spiciness, French smoothness, and nutritional attitude.

From Vegan and Paleo to Mexican and Asian, Ayan puts together the method of classic gourmet with the care of home -cooking and offer her guests an updated modern fusion.

Ayan gained experience in: "Chimichanga"- Santa Fe Kitchen, "Turquoise Restaurant" in Tel Aviv and Soho House in Berlin. She was the owner and Chef of "Annin – Gourmet Catering" in Israel and "BISTRO cafe" at "Linnen" boutique Hotel in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.
