If the order is canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled date, a refund of the amount paid will be issued, with a 5% processing fee deducted. If you cancel up to 3 days before the scheduled date, Ulala Chef will provide a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the cancellation is made within 3 days or less before the appointment, no refund will be issued.
