About Chef

His mother was a great cook, so memories of childhood and family home decided his future life path. He helped her along, together with his brothers, and it always gave him great pleasure.

As a young boy, he worked with many great chefs. He never asked how many hours must he work for, or how much would they pay him. He came to them to gain experience, learn about philosophy and to have the honor to cook with the masters.

He believes that chef has a job to do and responsibility to clients, as well as the reputation that he must protect and maintain. In his kitchen, quality is more important than quantity. He does not serve dishes, after which guests will not be able to move from over-eating.

The restaurants, where he worked in recent years, had a huge impact on his personality. They were: Ancora in Krakow and Tamka 43, Qchnia Artystyczna in Warsaw, Sowa and Friends - Restaurant, Restaurant GreenHouse London. It should be noted, that until recently he was responsible for the kitchen at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Warsaw.

A lot of knowledge, very good flavors. I suggest even more interaction with guests. A little more time next to them at the table and more stories. It is also worth luring guests into the kitchen for a while. Although I know that when they are having a good time at the table themselves it can be more difficult. But it's worth trying!
