He is a cook not only by profession, but above all by love and passion. He is a talented and energetic chef.

From 2017 he worked in the Barka Tumska - Słodowa 10 restaurant in Wrocław as a chef. Now he has moved to Warsaw.

Zbigniew is distinguished by a good sense of taste combined with aesthetics and is also characterized by great organizational and technical preparation. He has 20 years of experience working in Polish and European cuisine - he served private parties in London and ran cooking workshops.

He does not rest on his laurels and wants to develop further.
