He has been involved in gastronomy for 15 years. He gained experience in various kitchens in many places around the world, including France, Sweden and the USA. Winner of the fifth edition of the "Hell's Kitchen 5" program.
Polish representative in the European competition for young chefs.
He specializes in modern and classic cuisine based on existing trends. He has a special fondness for Asian cuisine, which he always tries to smuggle into his dishes.
Wojciech is currently associated with Poznan's "Port Sołacz", where he is strongly focused on restaurant development.
