Volodymyr is passionate about cooking. Since 2012, he has been working in the catering and hotel industry, although when you love what you do, it is not a job, but a pleasure. He cannot imagine his life without gastronomy. It's art.
It all started in Italy in 2011, where he lived with his grandmother for over a year. He was surrounded by people for whom high-quality products, home cooking and exquisite wine were their everyday life. For him, it is the quintessence of what he wants to convey to others today.
In his kitchen, he tries to recreate the tradition of the place where he is currently located. Look for inspiration in traditional, forgotten recipes, rely on local products, research the stories of people who are behind them, how they work. It focuses on seasonal products, their richness of flavor at a given time, closeness to nature and its importance on the plate.
Discovering flavors, combining them into non-standard compositions, fermenting products, using them to the full. It is important to convey the fact that we eat to live, but it is not only basic needs, but also pleasure.

Volodymyr would like people to discover new things for themselves, new tastes, which is why he values conversation with guests, sharing knowledge and creating an atmosphere so much.

Awesome service and food. All guests were very satisfied. They could not even believe the quality of service, agility and food of chef Volodymyr. I highly recommend.
