About Chef

Tomek's calling was always to be a chef. Cooking is a passion, a game he plays, a way to look for new flavors, new compositions... just making people's palates happy. His stubborn and very ambitious and cooking is his biggest life goal, so don't count on him ever stopping. He loves to eat and loves when people smile while eating his food.

Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved with hotel Andel in Łodz - one of Poland's best hotels with its own incredible restaurant.

Chef Tomasz Janczewski did a great job. The prepared dishes were very tasty, which was confirmed by our guests. Great grilled food, and so are the desserts. There was a lot of food, on the second day we reheated the meat and potatoes in the grill and they were just as good as before. So we ate everything Chef had prepared. With a clear conscience, we can recommend Mr. Tomasz and thank him for preparing a party by the lake.

Herring marinated after the description in the menu did not convince me, but I decided on it after reading the reviews of previous customers. It was a hit! Absolutely amazing dish :) All guests were satisfied and asked about options, prices and Ulal's offer! There will probably be more customers!

He was a bit stifled by the other two chefs, but in my opinion, when he is alone, he will have great contact with the guests. No tension, it will be very nice. The boy is at ease and very nice at the same time. I would take it for dinners for my family and friends. Will fit in with riding from these environments.
