A cook by profession but also by passion, a graduate of a hotel and tourist school complex in Zakopane. Participant and winner of many culinary competitions in Poland, including; Lart de la Cuisine Martell 2014, Greek cuisine 2016 and 2017, Polish cuisine 2016, expo sweet 2013/2014, Ale pasztet 2015, Galicyjskie Smaki 2017, International Polish Championship for the best trout dish 2014, etc. Participant of many culinary pieces of training. He draws inspiration from observation and his acquired experiences. From the beginning of his gastronomic career, he was involved with the Podhale region.

He gained experience in the best hotels in Podhale, among others: Hotel Bukovina, Hotel Crocus, then as the Head Chef at Hotel Zbójnicówka restaurant Javorina and Hotel Grand Nosalowy Dwór. Currently, he creates a new gastronomic project in the Gubałówka Residence, which is located in an attractive location and will be an exceptional place. He tries to base his kitchen on natural products of regional and Polish cuisine, but he does not close himself to other cuisines. He knows and uses the latest techniques and gastronomy trends, offering you an original cuisine.

A cook with a passion, returning home after a days work is still able to cook for people he cares about, no matter how tired he is. A cook who does not want to cook at home is only a person working in the kitchen because being a chef is not an occupation, but a lifestyle.

Oprócz smacznych potraw podczas kolacji panowała bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Mimo ekstremalnych warunków przygotowane dania były mistrzowskie. Szef kuchni pełną gębą! Serdecznie pozdrawiamy i życzymy wielu kulinarnych sukcesów! :)
