Sagula Slawomir - a cook by profession and passion, who adheres to the principle - “a cook is not a profession but a way of life”.


Graduate of the Group of Hotel and Tourism Schools in Zakopane. All the time improving his skills by participating in numerous training courses and gastronomic events. Participant and winner of many culinary competitions in Poland, including: L'Art de la cuisine Martell 2014, Greek Cuisine Festival 2016 and 2017, Polish Cuisine 2016, Expo Sweet championships Poland in desserts 2013 and 2014 , Ale pasztet! 2015, Galician Flavors 2017, Polish Championship for the best trout dish 2014

He gained his experience in the gastronomy industry for many years working and improving his skills in the best hotels and restaurants in Podhale: as a cook in the Bukovina Hotel, or in the Crocus Hotel, and then as a chef in the Zbójnicówka Hotel, Javorina Restaurant, Grand Nosalowy Dwór Hotel and Kiyrnicka Restaurant by Saguła which was located in the Gubałówka Residence . He also received a number of culinary training courses in Poland but also abroad.


He is currently engaged in training and creating new concepts, where he combines modern cuisine with highland tradition. His original proposals invariably delight guests with a wealth of flavors. In his daily work he uses the latest techniques and draws on gastronomic trends, making each order coming out from under his hand a culinary work of art.
