Chef Sebastian Olma is one of the young generation's most talented chefs. Born and raised in Bielsko-Biała, where he made his first steps in the world of gastronomy. He perfected his workshop with renowned London restaurants, such as Gordon Ramsey's company, in his flagship restaurant at the historic Claridge's Hotel. Then with Tom Aikens - an icon of British cuisine. In 2014, he returned to Poland to compete in the second season of Top Chef. He quickly became an undisputed favorite and later claimed the first prize and the Top Chef title. He currently works in the Belvedere restaurant in Warsaw as the Head Chef.
