Cooking is his passion, in his free time he walks in the woods and collects wild herbs and gifts of the forest. He is an "aficionado." He fishes, and in the future wants to become a hunter. Above all, he prefers modern, healthy, thoughtful cuisine.

His specialties include molecular gastronomy, modern Polish, French, Italian and Scandinavian cuisine. However, he loves modern Polish cuisine the most. His cuisine is often characterized by certain surprises, playing with the product, showing (reflecting), for example, a forest, a lake, a meadow. The plate is his canvas.

Since 2021, he has been involved in product training for restaurants and chefs and cooking demonstrations in the Tri-City and Pomerania region.

For the past 3 years, he has been working at Bidfood Farutex as a specialist in Japanese cuisine, preparing product training, training for restaurants, culinary demonstrations and is also a sales representative there.

Tak pysznego jedzenia jeszcze nie jadłem, zwłaszcza w domowym zaciszu. Chef Przemek cudownie zaangażował wszystkich gości we wspólne gotowanie i uchylił rąbka tajników kulinarnych. Stworzył cudowną atmosferę, dzięki której będą to niezapomniane urodziny. Goście zachwyceni, dopytywali się tylko o przepisy. Chef godny polecenia!

Having chef Janta come to cook a dinner for my mother-in-law's birthday was a wonderful experience. The dinner itself was delicious and beautifully presented. Being able to leave the entire culinary aspect of the celebration in Chef Janta's capable hands was a wonderfully relaxing experience for the guests and the organizers. We were able to fully enjoy the dinner and each other's company without having to worry about cooking, serving and cleaning. Highly recommended!!!

Revelation!!! The level of service definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Dinner prepared perfectly, every detail worked out - taste, appearance, and even the atmosphere of the dinner. It is rare to eat so well even in the best restaurants. I do not know how you can create such miracles at home, but Przemek managed :) For this Chef himself as a wonderful man. I recommend, recommend and recommend it again!

Herring marinated after the description in the menu did not convince me, but I decided on it after reading the reviews of previous customers. It was a hit! Absolutely amazing dish :) All guests were satisfied and asked about options, prices and Ulal's offer! Probably there will be more customers! 👍🏻 Cool, free, no distance, open to minor time shifts! The taste of the dishes is definitely exquisite cuisine, the freedom of reception: on the one hand, at home, on the other, you can sit and talk to guests without overwhelming the kitchen. Next time I would extend the serving of the food more over time. We approached the main course almost fully.

Mr. Przemek is a very nice and cheerful man, and he cooks so wonderfully, nothing more is needed to make the meeting unforgettable. Very nicely presented dishes, perfect color compositions on the plate, everything we get on the plate is edible, without unnecessary decorations. Delicious food, served as in an exclusive restaurant. Przemek is a young man with a passion for cooking and a head full of ideas. You can see that he loves it. She puts a lot of work and heart into these dishes. I missed the dishes prepared from the beginning to the end on the spot, but I do not know if it would be possible in such a time and under such circumstances.

Very nice, delicious food. In fact, everything was great and we were counting on it quietly :) However, the most unexpected feeling was the impression that the clean and clean kitchen made on us "after" the service - shock and disbelief :)) How is it, after a great party, we do not have what to clean ??;)) A wonderful feeling :) I wouldn't change anything. It was perfect :)

He was a bit stifled by the other two cooks, but in my opinion, when he is alone, he will have great contact with the guests. No tension, it will be very nice. The boy is at ease and very nice at the same time. I would take it for dinners for my family and friends. Will fit in with riding from these environments. The soup may be a bit too salty, but it's delicious. Fish and fruit in it - a revelation! Follow the firecracker!

Excellent sense of taste in prepared dishes. Friendly, open nature. Your workshop and flavors are at a very high level. Keep it up. Now you can focus on developing even more communication skills with your guests and making them fun. Perfect flavors. To this day, I remember the wonderful herring with beetroot gel. Chowder, aromatic, nutritious. Maybe a bit too salty. Delicious main course, especially the side dishes!

A very nice chef with a passion for cooking, he uses the simplest ingredients in a very interesting way: onions, carrots and celery. Perfect for preparing fish. He has to work on his clothes and appearance, and remember that working for a client is not a fight in the back room kitchen in the sweat of his brow. He should be classy like the food he prepares, and you'll be fine. All dishes were delicious, soup amazing, celery very interesting and surprising use.

It combines the flavors wonderfully, very detailed when it comes to questions about how to prepare the dishes. Interesting to talk to and very kind in the service. Keep it up. Polish fish deserve much more attention as well as Polish vegetables. Great starter - herring rediscovered, chowder - great fish and mussels, sensational and invigorating taste of the soup, although for me a bit too salty; Beef shoulder - great but the celery in truffles pierced my palate and stayed in my head probably forever - world championship :)

Very professional and verbal presentation on the plate. Friends would surely like it. Be more bold with your customers. The dishes and workshop is great. Uneven food. The soup is great, although a bit sour, but the seafood is great.
