About Chef

He started his culinary career by working in one of Sopot's restaurants, then got involved with few hotel restaurants. He traveled abroad to broaden his horizons with the best chefs - in 2-star restaurant The Greenhouse with chef Arnaud Bignon, then with chef Wojciech Amaro in his Atelier Amaro and Maaemo, with chef Esben Homboe Bang. After his journey, he settled in Mercato Restaurant in Gdańsk, where he works as junior sous chef.

The dishes presented by Paweł were really amazing. A very communicative person likes to talk about the passion of cooking connected with her second home - Africa. It perfectly combines traditional cuisine with African accents.

The starter was wonderful. A combination of flavors and textures! A beautiful dessert, spectacular, very tasty! High competence, freedom in communing with guests, great dishes. An absolutely insane duck! Delicious and very original dessert. Exoticism combined with great cuisine and a talent for storytelling. The starter was wonderful. A combination of flavors and textures! Wild boar rolls - for me, they had too little counterbalance in the expressive flavors on the plate. But I tried salmon meat - it was probably the best salmon I have ever eaten! A beautiful dessert, spectacular, very tasty!

Interesting dishes served in a very good style, just like in a restaurant, but in an intimate company. Great flavors, a very good main course, maybe a bit too big for the rest of the dishes, and a delicious dessert. Possibility to spend time with friends together with excellent cooks and their wonderful dishes. I can confidently say that this experience is one of the best in my life :)

The octopus was way too rubbery, the jaw ached a bit from biting it. Besides, great! Especially delicious dessert! Very nice welcome and introduction of the chefs on the menu. High level guest service from start to finish, including cleaning;)

Everything super delicious. Only the octopus appetizer did not meet my taste, but maybe that's because I'm not a fan of seafood. All dishes are amazing! Wild boar bacon may be too greasy, but delicious! Interesting dining experience. A pleasant surprise as I had mixed feelings after reading the menu, but the taste of all the dishes was amazing! Chefs should go out with a conversation more, because guests may be shy about it (they don't want to disturb them).
