About Chef

Even when he was a child, but especially now - the kitchen is his playground, a safe place. He graduated from culinary school in 2005 and since then has been working in Warsaw for restaurants such as Dom Polski, Kamanda Lwowska, Pari Pari, Hotel Bristol Restaurant, Bel 8, Florian or Ogien Czy Woda.

He spent 2 years cooking and leading a diet catering service "Art of Eating", where he gained knowledge about healthy and fit cooking.

He's been the Head Chef for over 5 years. He is a foodie, but not vain one - a small, simple thing is able to satisfy him. In silence, in concentration, he builds aesthetically pleasing compositions on his stage - his plates.

He makes dishes from Polish products, often forgotten ones, like the bulb of sunflower, sunchoke, (that recently rose to popularity), scorzonera, (which was last on our tables in the 70s), beef tails, cheeks or sweetbread, which several years ago went straight to the bin in the butcher shop and today is a celebrated delicacy.

It perfectly suited the nature of the event, was not overbearing, did not dominate, and at the same time remained in touch with the guests. Tartare - too large a portion, soups for adults and children - too large portions.

Delicious food, well presented, friendly person. As a guest, I did not notice anything that would raise any doubts. The very idea of inviting a chef to your home is amazing. You can feel like in a costume movie, have your "own" chef ...

nice, sociable, and he cooks well. excellent starter, weaker dessert (the version was tastier as well).

Cool imagination and creativity in the kitchen. Nice, friendly disposition. I suggest that you approach the conversation with the guests at the table even more boldly. You interact easily, but rather initiative from the other side. And sometimes guests need to be a little more animated, drawn into your story on your initiative. Unless you can clearly see that they don't want it. In other cases, it's always worth trying. Traditional Polish flavors in great combinations and a beautiful edition! Beef tail is wonderfully delicate and aromatic. Nice idea with sauerkraut mousse in the main course - a great counterbalance to the dominant flavors. The cheesecake with blueberry sauce perfectly completed the whole - in both forms, because I asked for more! I rarely eat traditional Polish flavors, but in this form they are great!

He selects the menu very well. He presents his dishes in a pleasant and unforgettable manner. Nice communication with guests. A revelation for me. Very delicate flavors, balanced additions, great sauces, perfectly seasoned. The taste of the meat is brought out to perfection.

Nice cook thanks to whom I got to know the taste of yellow beetroot and juniper powder. Cool dishes based on Polish cuisine, but resulting from the search for interesting combinations and products
