At the beginning he worked in a restaurant in Ciechocinek and then in Toruń. He also completed an internship in Wrocław at the "Projekt Tower" restaurant, where he learned to work with the product at its basics. He appreciates good work organization, taste and a high-quality product. He took subsequent internships at the "Biały Królik" and "Sztuczka" restaurants in Gdynia, where he learned about the valuable ways of extracting the taste, techniques and masterful compositions of dishes on a plate.
Currently he works as a deputy Chef in the „Monka” restaurant in Toruń.
In the kitchen, he likes simplicity, freshness and the fact that you can conjure a miracle out of any product. During his walks, he thinks about new dishes and learns about new herbs that were once commonly used: such as grouse or white light. He loves the taste of roasted butter, which has many uses, as well as anise flavors, fennel, and pickled vegetables.
