About Chef

Paweł started his cooking story in Ireland. After graduating from the Cork Institute of Technology at the Department of Culinary Arts, over the years he trained his profession in restaurants of various profiles. He has acquired excellent skills while cooking in the restaurant of Ireland's best business hotel, The River Lee Hotel. Working in an international team allowed him to gain experience from cuisines around the world.

Years spent abroad caused Paweł's interest in the cuisine of the Świętokrzyskie region, therefore, using all his experience, being a local patriot, he wants to promote dishes prepared in these areas for centuries, using the shortest possible supply chains, i.e. buying directly from the producer or the farmer. Currently, he works at the Siedem Pokus restaurant in Kielce.

He derives the greatest joy from the fact that thanks to her abilities he can give joy to others.
