About Chef

He is a chef not only by profession but above all - it's his passion. He loves to experiment, play with flavors, create new dishes combining a sophisticated Japanese style with a modern fusion trend. He likes challenges. He treats them as an opportunity to test himself. Paweł's specialty is both Japanese cold (sushi) and hot kitchen, which inspires him to look for new solutions.

Over the years, he explored the secrets of culinary art and perfected his craft working under outstanding Japanese chefs (including Masahiro Adachi from Kyoto). He gained 15 years of experience as a chef, head chef, and restaurant manager.

He is a finalist of the Polish edition of the Global Sushi Challenge 2015 - the largest international sushi competition.

Has a certificate from the international Seminar on Knowledge about Sushi - AJSA Sushi Proficiency Certificate - ran by the World Sushi Skills Institute (WSSI) and the All Japan Sushi Association (AJSA). Sushi Proficiency Certificate is the only recognized and accepted worldwide certificate awarded by the Japanese sushi association.

He cooked for both large and mass (Wine & Food Noble Night or ECCO Walkathon), as well as small/intimate events.  His experience also includes workshops for kids.

Perfect, amazing taste. I would definitely recommend Chef to anyone who expects professionalism and commitment to prepare a successful party. I rate Chef as a person and as a chef at the highest level. The taste of the dishes is insane, Chef has an amazing class, high personal culture, great sense of humor. He can perfectly find himself among guests. Thank you very much for your help in organizing a surprise party for my husband's 30th birthday - we will remember this party for the rest of our lives :)

First of all, food - I would not have any concerns about the quality of the dishes served. You could see how experienced this person is and how he can also talk about what he is doing. From that day on, I started eating sushi again - I believe that this is the best testimony to the prepared dishes. Hot sushi was a very interesting culinary adventure for me.
