Paweł has been a professional chef for more than 10 years. He has experience working in the best restaurants in Warsaw - Atelier Amaro and Amber Room. From 2019 to 2024, he was head chef at Wolna Europa restaurant in Warsaw's Mokotow district.
Paweł specializes in Italian and Polish cuisine, but he also excels in other cuisines. He is particularly passionate about preparing all flour products himself - pierogi, ravioli, handmade pasta.
He is an ambitious athlete keeping his diet year-round and therefore healthy cooking is his preference. He doesn't like to cook with semi-finished products. He never uses instant sauces or soups, broth cubes and all the rest of the “chemicals.” He makes everything with his own hands.
