About Chef

Pablo is a Chilean chef living in Berlin since 2014. He come from a family with a long culinary tradition and he grew up among the aromas and flavors of his family’s restaurant. He worked in several restaurants in Santiago de Chile and in Berlin (Twinpigs, La Tía Rica). Currently he is running his own catering business. His culinary expertise is the Latin American fusion and he really enjoys working straight with grill and fire. Overall he is always looking for cooking experiences where he can develop his creativity and also learns new flavors and ways of cooking.
