Passionate about healthy international cuisine. A creative chef with over 13 years of experience in the kitchen. He started learning the art of cooking while working in the royal kitchen of Buckingham Palace. He gained his knowledge and experience in exclusive restaurants in London. It was there that he learned how to reach the best local producers and create a menu card that changes throughout the year.
He trained his skills under the supervision of: Executive chef Ollie Couillaud at Bord'eaux and Paul Hallett at JW Steakhouse at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. He worked during the grand opening of the St. Pancras Renaissance and Edition Hotel, the Berners Tavern restaurant belonging to the Marriott brand in London, where he worked directly with the renowned Michelin-starred chef - Jason Atherton.
Since 2013 worked for Grace Belgravia, an exclusive Private Member's Club where as the chef he managed the restaurant, external catering, banquets and worked out diet programs under the supervision of nutritionists. In 2017, he became the chef at the opening of the iconic Farm Girl restaurant in Chelsea.
Currently, he lives in Warsaw and works as a chef in Żywa Kuchnia.

The chef is very professional and open minded, the fingerfood buffet was so tasty that we were unable to decide which side dish was the best. I recommend it with all my heart
