The last 5 years are a fascination for Spanish cuisine and Asian immigration cuisines in South America. As of today, a supporter of cooking in a casual atmosphere, using the knowledge of high-end restaurants.

He worked as Chef or Chef de Partie in restauations in the US, Sweden and Poland, among others in Atelier Amaro in Warsaw. Currently, the Chef in Ohy Ahy Restaurant in Zielona Góra.

If I could give 10/5, I would give it! Everything was delicious, Marceli's chef was very kind and patient and told about his dishes to people who asked him about it - he also showed vegetarians the dishes they can eat. It was the best gastronomic service I had the chance to order!
