About Chef

She has been cooking for as long as she can remember. It's been a crucial part of her family home, and it made her look for new flavors.  She has been a vegetarian her whole life, but the current way of cooking was influenced by the fact that at some point she had to go on a reduction diet. She realized that in almost every restaurant she can't find something for herself, as prohibited ingredients are everywhere. She understood how difficult it was to function. Her new passion is cooking in such a way that everyone, regardless of diet restrictions, could eat a tasty, interesting, beautiful meal.

Maja specialized is vegan cooking. She currently owns her own brand MEOW and she prepares her own chilli souces.

Maja surprised us once again with her skills. Vegetable cuisine in its version is a real feast, full of new flavors and colors. After a delicious dinner, a delicious cake was waiting for us, which reminded us of the taste of childhood. Maja is a Chef for 5+ 🥰

We ordered vegan Christmas catering from chef Maja Wirowska. Everything was beautifully packaged and described. The delivery took place exactly at the time we agreed. Tasty dumplings with mushrooms! We were surprised by the interesting combinations of flavors in the dumplings. Pumpkin, smoked tofu and potatoes was a hit! The others, the classic one with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as with buckwheat and tofu a'la cottage cheese, were also delicious. The guests were delighted. Great job and very talented Chef! Thank you Maja! :)

A very interesting menu. Refined flavors and a big surprise. Maja is very open and sociable, and also responsible. All additional requirements and preferences were taken into account. In addition, her cooking style can convince you to vegan cuisine. I really enjoyed all the dishes and liked the presentation. I will be happy to try some of them myself.

Great for me. Vegetable cuisine in a tasty, interesting and very diverse version, I liked it the most. The best was the algae dish;)) Because something so homogeneous and strange in consistency can have a specific flavor acquired from something else. I also liked the sunflower cottage cheese with beetroot a lot. The soup was delicious, in my climate, although for a starter I would have had something less spicy. But overall it was delicious. Very nice dessert, I like the combination of sour and sweet. Overall, I really liked that each plate was actually a set of different flavors to taste, and super served. These were dishes served in such a way that it would be difficult to repeat them by cooking on your own - due to the cooking techniques, the multitude of elements and products (paprika hair, yeast sprinkles, etc.). Great for me. Although this is not my everyday kitchen;) I would recommend Maja to those who want to know new combinations of products, the so-called healthy (gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free). For dinner, a real main course could be warm, and what was at dinner could be treated as interesting starters. I would also suggest being bolder at the first contact, later it was easy, but at the beginning a bit with a distance :)
