Krzysztof Iwańczuk - a lover of healthy, dietary food served in a star way.

A graduate of the catering school in Wrocław, he completed several courses in dietetics confirmed by certificates.

He gained his experience in 4 and 5 star hotels as a sous chef in Poland and Germany. He trained with the best Polish chefs, incl. at Hotel Sofitel ***** Wroclaw, at Willa Polanica **** - Polanica Zdrój, Hotel Platinium Palace ***** Wroclaw.

Currently, he works at the "Palce Lizać" restaurant in Siechnice near Wroclaw as a kitchen chef and conducts culinary workshops in kindergartens and schools.

In his kitchen, Krzysztof combines the love of cooking with sport and a healthy lifestyle. When preparing dishes, the greatest emphasis is placed on their perfection, attention to detail and their nutritional value.

His great passion is to constantly expand his knowledge about products, their origin and composition.

Creatively matches dishes with wines in order to bring out their full bouquet of flavors.

Krzysztof loves desserts, especially chocolate. Each dessert he serves is a real art for the eye and a rapture for the soul.

The joy of creation, passion, sharing culinary tips and highlights, and to top it all off, Krzysztof's extraordinary modesty will be remembered for a long time. Krzysztof is a magician of taste. He created for us delicious and beautiful dishes, and wrapped it all up with great stories and a wonderful atmosphere. Tasting each dish we felt that they were cooked with love and passion! We highly recommend a culinary meeting with Krzysztof!

My wife's birthday dinner went great. The chef was on time as agreed due to the fact that it was a surprise I could not show the chef everything in the kitchen however he found himself and served a great meal. Due to the participation of children in the dinner - and the menu was not for children's palates - he additionally managed to serve the kids something that they ate with appetite but did not deviate from the chef's menu standards. Everyone was entranced by the style of serving as well as the flavors!
