For Krzysztof cooking is his passion, he enjoys what he does. He looks inspiration among others in old regional recipes, but prepares them in a modern form. He loves to create dishes, bring out the best flavors from ingredients and from seemingly obvious combinations make nonobvious version of them. He deconstructs dishes in order to interpret them newly and introduce an element of surprise, which may be, for example, an interesting texture. He's the kind of hard worker who likes to have everything carefully planned.
He has extensive experience in gastronomy. He started in 2003 as an apprentice and for several years he has been holding the position of a Chef. He also worked as a lecturer at the Qulinaro - culinary workshop in Bydgoszcz (he conducted theoretical and practical classes in the basics of cooking). He has worked in many restaurants in Bydgoszcz, Toruń and at the Polish seaside. Let's mention a few, in which he took the position of the Chef:
- Hotel Arka Medical Spa **** in Kołobrzeg, Restaurant "Szeroka No. 9" in Toruń - 2 Gault & Millau caps, Restaurant "Stary Port 13" in Bydgoszcz, "Meluzyna restaurant & wine" in Bydgoszcz and Arkada Business Park in Bydgoszcz.
Since mid-2022 Krzysztof works as a chef in the restaurant of the Słoneczny Młyn hotel in Bydgoszcz.
The chef has already been appreciated many times by the culinary industry. He has the title of "Young Talent 2016 - Northern Region" by Gault & Millau and "Chef Young Talent 2015" awarded by Poland 100 Best Restaurants.

100% recommend, chef, kitchen, service. Everything perfectly organized. The chef is very communicative, he told a lot about the dishes and the menu.
