Dorota Rydygier is a French and Polish cuisine enthusiast - she gained experience in France for 20 years.

A fan of creating flavors, she constantly focuses on development, took many valuable internships with world-famous chefs in French restaurants with Michelin stars:

-          Regis & Jacques Marcon 3*Michelin,

-          Sebastien Bras 3*Michelin,

-          Laurent Petit 2*Michelin,

-          Georges Blanc 3*Michelin.

From 2016, she works at the Residence of the US Consul General in Krakow as a private chef.

Earlier she worked, among others as the Chef in the Wentzl Restaurant in Krakow and ran her own restaurant, Ca va bien Dźwirzyno.

He has extensive experience in running culinary workshops and private dinners, he likes to meet the most demanding culinary wishes of her customers.
