About Chef

He has been cooking for over 16 years. His first position was at an American restaurant, then he moved to a Japanese one where he worked as sushi master. It's where his fascination with foodcarving began. It's been his second biggest passion ever since.

After these experiments, he mainly operates within Italian, Polish and Mediterranean cuisine. His specialty is Italian cuisine and seafood.

He likes experimenting and mixing different cooking styles that he came across. Bartosz puts a lot of heart and emotion into his work. He truly loves cooking and therefore making them happy

As with Karol, yes, but depending on the occasion. In my opinion, Bartek spoke even less than Karol, and he did not smile at all, while Karol at least smiled :) I would work on presenting myself and my experience. Bartek spoke very quietly, has extensive experience, various cuisines, and he was not able to tell what influence it had on how he cooks now and why.

Delicious food, all items on the menu very tasty. Appetizer - the best octopus I've ever eaten!
