Immediately after graduating, he began working as a chef in the legendary Villa Hestia restaurant run by Magda Gessler. At that time (1996-2000) Villa Hestia was considered one of the five best restaurants in Poland. Another important step in his career was the opening of the four-star Hotel Haffner in Sopot in 2002, where he worked as a chef. The restaurant was under the patronage of Belgian Jean Boss. Adam Woźniak then left Poland in search of international experience and took the position of chef de partie in the Marston Hotel (2 AA rosettes). Then he moved to the new St George & Dragon restaurant. At the beginning as a Sous Chef, soon as a head chef - during his kitchen management the restaurant was mentioned as a Michelin Good Good Guide recommended by Les Guides and AA Restaurant.

He returned to Poland and in 2008 took up the position of Sous Chef in the new five-star Sheraton Hotel. From 2010 to 2016 he ran the Mercato restaurant in Hilton Gdańsk. In 2012, during Wine & Food Noble Night, he received the main prizes with his team in three of four possible competitions. In 2016, the Gault & Millau Poland guide awarded him with 2 hats and a nomination in the category of the Chef of Tomorrow. In 2016, he received 3 caps in a yellow guide, thus his restaurant was in the top 10 best Polish restaurants.

Deer tartare - my absolute top of this dinner. Unearthly - the best tartare in my history. Great cod. At times, there was a lack of companionship of counterpoint, variety and flavor. Adam is great in contact with guests, perfect plates - presentation and taste! Keep it up, Adam!
