About Chef

Stanislaw has 30 years of experience as a chef. He began his career in gastronomy working as a bartender and waiter at the Chinese restaurant “Almayer” in Cracow. Later he developed his skills as a chef in the restaurant “Mistella” in Dobrodzień (Polish cuisine).

In 2001-2002 Stanislaw worked as a chef in the restaurant “7 succa” in London (Mediterranean cuisine) and then became a chef in an establishment serving Polish cuisine - in the ARMOR restaurant in Warsaw. From 2003 to 2011 Stanislaw ran a catering business in Warsaw: catering, receptions, private cooking, supper club (cuisine depending on customer expectations).

Since 2015, he has worked for several diet caterers as a chef, including Fitme, Fit Koncept and Food Fans. Since May 2022, Stanislaw has been a chef at Food Crafter catering.
