Saba Mahdavi has a natural talent for cooking which, mixed with her creativity and attention to detail, makes her a great chef. She takes influences from her culture to create magnificent Persian recipes, fusing them with modern European cuisine. She is experienced in running private and public events which she does with pure dedication and professionalism, while establishing great relationships with her clients.
From January 2015 to May 2017, while qualifying in French cuisine, Saba Mahdavi was working at Le Bistro Savoir Faire in London as Commis Chef and then as Demi Chef de Partie. She was, among others, responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes while maintaining their exceptional quality. Since June 2017 she has been working as a freelance Chef in catering where she creates personalised menus, as well as, planning and preparing food for private and public events. Since then she has been working as a Private Chef; hosting regular pop-ups, supper clubs and dining concepts in Berlin. She specialises in creating recipes using Persian ingredients and cooking methods while perfectly complementing them with European cuisine.
