He gained his culinary experience working in kitchens around the world - in Norway, Switzerland, France and the USA.
He worked in international teams of chefs in Alpine guesthouses, five-star hotels, restaurants and on passenger ships.
He started his career path from the lowest level, which allowed him to go through all stages of the profession until he became a chef at places such as Hotel Testa Sopot, Gdansk's Moje Miasto restaurant, and Włoska Robota.
Since 2011, he has held the position of chef at Chef United.
