Aleksandra - winner of the 9th edition of the MasterChef Poland program, ecologist, promoter of the culinary heritage of Warmia and Mazury.
She comes from Giżycko and she graduated from high school there. Then she went to university, where she obtained the title of ecologist and biologist. She promotes the cuisine of her region, in a modern version according to her own, original idea.
Ola is a person of many passions, the greatest of which is cooking, but she has been loving ecology for years. Until recently, professionally associated with the Foundation for the Protection of the Great Masurian Lakes, now works in the Inspectorate of Environmental Protection in Giżycko. Here she is involved in research, including in the field - testing the purity and quality of Masurian waters. Ola Juszkiewicz is also the ambassador of the # Czysta Giżycka campaign, promoting drinking tap water in Giżycko.
The kitchen ran through Ola's life. She traveled a lot with her parents who taught her to taste dishes and discover new flavors.
Warmia and Masuria are present in her heart, on the plate and, above all, in the book "First, tradition", of which she is the author. Love for the region combined with passion for cooking is her key to success. Ola wants to share her meals and flavors with others. People see the authenticity, simplicity, lack of exaggerated craftsmanship in her dishes. And it hit their hearts.

Ola Juszkiewicz jest niezwykle sympatyczną osobą. Ciekawie opowiada o jedzeniu. Wieczór w jej towarzystwie był bardzo udany :) Jedzenie pyszne, a jednocześnie danie, które przygotowywaliśmy nie było bardzo skomplikowane.
