Chef Nikita Leon is a rising star in the culinary scene. His educational path was entirely devoted to gastronomy - from 2014 to 2020, he studied at the GAFA Secondary School of Hospitality and Catering in Vienna, earning a Matura (high school diploma) with a focus on Patisserie, Culinary and Innovation Management. Subsequently, from 2020 to 2024, he completed his studies in Gastronomy and Management, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree (BA) at GASMACEU in Castellon de la Plana.
Since 2016, Nikita has been gaining experience in Austrian hotels and restaurants (Hotel Krone in Au, Hotel Das Kronthaler, Restaurante Portobello). A breakthrough in his career included prestigious internships in Spain, notably at the famous Lasarte by Martin Berasategui (2021) and Restaurante Enigma by Albert Adria (2024). He also worked as Chef de Partie (Fermentation) at Restaurante Oba- (2023) and served as Sous Chef at Hotel Das Central 5* in Austria (2025).
Currently, since July 2025, Nikita works as an independent Private Chef. He specializes in fermentation and has a wide interest in innovations, culinary projects, and beverage pairing. He is fluent in German, English, Russian, and Spanish.
