About Chef

Chef Krzysztof Lisiak is a graduate of the Poznań gastronomic school, he gained experience in the best Poznań restaurants.

He has participated in numerous culinary workshops with top chefs and in many culinary competitions, incl. in the prestigious Archimagirus competition, he won the podium in competitions in the following categories: asparagus, goose, duck and white sausages.

He started his professional career in 2014 as a chef in the restaurant of the "Mercury" hotel in Poznań. Then he worked as a Chef de partie in the restaurant "MUGA", "Stara Destylarnia" at the Mierzęcin Palace and "A noz widelec" in Poznań. From 2016 he was a Sous Chef in such restaurants as: "Stara Wozownia" in Lusowo and "EGOIST Restaurant" in Poznań. From 2020, he was the Chef at the "Meg's" restaurant in Poznań.

Currently he works as a Sous Chef in the restaurant "Republika Róż by Andrzej Gołąbek" in Poznań.

The Chef is very professional, super delicious menu, beautiful presentation. First class service with serving and clean up after dinner. Perfect for a dinner party at home.
