He gained experience working as a sous chef at restaurants such as Beef n Pepper, Fork, and Ale Wino, as well as head chef at the Ruciane Park resort.
He is currently employed as a creative chef at N31, where he conducts culinary training, develops seasonal menus, and participates in filming television programs. A passionate advocate of fine dining.
