A talented, young Chef - he worked in restaurants both in Poland and in Europe. Lately in a 5-star hotel in Austria.
In Poland, he completed an internship at the Senses restaurant in Warsaw holding a Michelin star. For a long time he worked as a Sous Chef in the Belvedere restaurant in Warsaw, also marked in the Michelin guide. Twice he had the opportunity to work as a deputy chef to Sebastian Olma when organizing a private restaurant for music stars at the Open'er festival in Gdynia.
He cooks Polish modern cuisine, but he respects the classics. He has always been cooking at home since he remembers. He was looking at his Dad, a well-known chef, thanks to him he had the opportunity to get to know the cook's profession from the inside - hard but at the same time giving a lot of satisfaction.

A great culinary adventure. Non-obvious flavors and additions, but perfectly matched on the plate. Even 6 children in the meantime ;-) great contact and communication. Full freedom and ease. I recommend!!!!
