About Chef

Kamil Ścigaczewski is a chef known for his original compositions of spectacular settings for the served dishes. He has extensive experience gained abroad, including in restaurants with Michelin stars.

He worked, among others, at: The Waterfron Resturant, Compass group, Marriot Hotel, Bonsai in Scotland, and at the Servantka Restaurant and Sofa Restaurant in Łódź. He completed an internship at The Kitchin and Castle Terrace in Scotland (Michelin-starred restaurants *). Currently, he is the Chef at M Hotel in Łódź.

He is inspired by modern British cuisine, as he cooked there for 5 years.

Kamil is a juror of culinary competitions and restaurant festivals.

Currently, he conducts workshops and demonstrations in molecular gastronomy.

Very tasty dinner (great cold soup, delicious duck and crispy crust, mega dessert), interesting flavors - the guests are satisfied and full. Plus a nice idea for dry ice on the table. Thanks Chef!

Everything as agreed. Despite very limited possibilities due to a strict diet, Mr. Kamil managed to prepare very tasty and super served dishes. I recommend.
